You Don’t Have to be a Professional Athlete to Train Like One
Looking for that extra edge?
Want to run faster, farther, start more quickly, jump higher, pitch or shoot with greater accuracy? Smart athletes know that to perform at peak levels, it’s no longer enough to be in top physical condition alone. For maximum performance you need to correct specific weaknesses, optimize your motor performance, refine your skills and build strength, stability and flexibility. Most importantly, you need to lower your risk of a sidelining injury. That’s why professional and student athletes alike turn to the elite trainers at Athletic & Rehabilitation Center.
The Importance of “Retraining”
Our trainers -- the same ones who work with professional athletes -- personally assess your strengths and weaknesses and develop custom plans to help you correct inefficiencies that slow you down and cause injuries. We help “retrain” to avoid ineffective habits, postures and techniques. Plus, you’ll learn why a specific exercise is important to your game. We pay extra attention to potential and preventable injury areas such as knee injuries in female athletes.

The RedefineAthletes Difference
Because many of our our specialists are trained across multiple disciplines, we uniquely provide a series of rigorous, medically-based “prehabilitation” exercises. ARC’s exercises not only help you avoid future injury, but strengthen often neglected support muscle groups -- developing power and quickness that shaves off valuable time, adds inches to your jump and gets you that quick start that translates to a win! That’s the ARC difference.
Strength and Conditioning for All Ages and Sports
Our Redefine Athletes approach to training incorporates the most up to date methodology in the field of athletic performance. We’ll help you improve:
- Linear Speed -- quick starts, optimized strides, running through the finish line
- Lateral Speed and Agility -- improve reaction, footwork, quick change of direction, improve balance and quick starts
- Speed Development and Acceleration -- improve running mechanics, posture, arm and leg action
- Strength and Flexibility -- active warm up, core to extremity strengthening, individualized lifting based on sport and athlete’s needs
- Plyometric Drills and Vertical Jump -- improve explosiveness and power, jump mechanics and decrease ground contact time
- Sports Specific Strengthening and Drills -- custom tailored to improve skills for specific positions
Redefine Athletes Programs
